  • you have a right to data portability and a right to object to the processing of your personal data, subject to the conditions laid down by the Regulation;
  • you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, which is the independent public authority responsible for the monitoring and enforcement of the application of the GDPR in Cyprus. Legal grounds for processing:


The processing of your personal data by us is conducted for any of the below reasons:

  • to enable us to perform a contract to which you are a party, such as when we provide our services to you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
  • to abide by our legal obligations;
  • to pursue our or someone else’s legitimate interests e.g. to monitor and improve our website and services.

Types of personal data processed, period of processing and disclosure to third parties 

The personal data we process and the period of processing, vary depending on the nature of the relationship we have with you.

In case you express an interest in becoming a client of our Company, we will ask you to provide us with the following information:
  • your full name, direct contact number and business email address;
  • your nationality and date of birth and copy of a valid ID or Passport;
  • your residential address and proof of address, such as copies of utility bills or bank statements;
  • your financial information such as your income, source of income and financial commitments;
  • your profession, level of education and marital status.
If you are represented by another person, we will also ask to receive your representative’s full name and contact details.

If you are a legal entity interested in receiving services from us, we will need to collect and store personal data about the Directors and Shareholders of your company and any other companies participating in your company’s ownership structure up to the Ultimate Beneficial Owners, such as their full name, residential address, nationality and date of birth, as well as copies of their IDs or Passports and proof of their residential address.

The above personal data are collected to enable the company to comply with its obligations under the applicable national and European legal framework (AML legislation, DIRECTIVE 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (MIFID II) and relevant supplementary EU legislation), as well as to conduct its business in a responsible and commercially prudent manner and are not being disclosed to any third parties, unless this is required by any applicable legislation, such as when disclosure needs to be made to a regulatory, supervisory or any other competent authority. Under the existing legislation, we are obliged to keep the above information for a period of five years after the end of our business relationship with you.

If you are a supplier or a business associate of our Company, we will ask you to provide us with your full name and contact details such as your telephone number, the place where your offices are located and any other information through which we can contact you, such as your email address. This information will be collected and stored to enable us to contact you so as to ensure the smooth operation of our Company’s business and we will not distribute your personal data to any third parties, unless we have your prior express written content. Your personal data will be kept only for as long as our business relationship with you lasts.


Personal information provided by means of a form

Any personal information you submit to us through the use of a form (for example, by using the “Contact Us” form) or other device on our website will be used exclusively by us, our employees, and any third party service providers that may be required to enable us to provide our services to you or needed in order to respond to your requests. Such personal information collected about you will be stored by us only for as long as necessary to respond to your request.
